The proposals we have developed in 2010 that are pending award include:

Communications-Electronic Command $250MM manned multi-INT Airborne Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (AISR) system. Managed multiple business unit proposal response including management, technical, past performance, cost, and classified volumes. Developed win strategies and themes, cost support analysis, past performance narratives, requirements compliance, management approach, and solution architecture.

2009 Federal Wins

Our 2009 Federal awards include:

Defense Information Systems Agency $30MM NetOps Situational Awareness Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) development and implementation for a large systems engineering firm under ENCORE II. Managed development of task order response leading a team of technical architects, program managers and agency SMEs/SESs.

National Security Administration $150MM Intelligence Analyses Staffing and Support contract to provide TS/SCI Full Poly cleared personnel worldwide. Initially retained to design, develop and manage pre RFP activities including competitive analysis, win strategy/themes, teaming partner integration, volume drafts, and color reviews.

Department of Defense TACOM $350MM Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicle logistics, deployment and maintenance contract for a large systems integrator with 17 team members. Hired to design and develop management and past performance win strategies/themes and volumes.

Department of Homeland Security NCS $400MM National Security/Emergency Preparedness SETA for a large systems integrator. Managed the development of a comprehesive cost volume and teaming arrangements involving 11 team members and a sealed bid process.

Department of Justice FBI $80MM Technical Support Services for a large systems integrator regaining a foothold in the agency after a prolonged abscence.

State of Virginia Uncapped Business Advisory Services leading the penetration of the State market for a Federal contractor. Bid 12 of 16 service categories winning six, finalist in remaining six categories in a 581 bidder full and open competition.

U.S. Treasury $7.5MM award for a mid-tier Defense contractor to develop a worldwide financial management system to track terrorist funding activity.

U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) CFO Financial Management Improvement Strategy leading the penetration of the Federal Civilian market for a Defense contractor in a competition against thirty plus systems integrators with prior agency experience.
