Technical Writers

Individuals with the experience to take technical and other important data developed by your subject matter experts and refine and incorporate it in to the proposal text in a compliant and legible manner. These writer / editors frequently conduct interviews and work closely with your technical experts to ensure a comprehensive and compliant response. Skilled at incorporating win themes and strategies in appropriate locations in the text. Adept at writing introductory paragraphs that lead evaluators through the relevant section in a concise manner. Assist technical experts in developing graphics that convey the theme or solution you are proposing.

Pricing / Cost Specialists

Significant experience providing competitive analysis, setting pricing strategies, establishing price-to-win targets, developing cost proposals, negotiating teaming arrangements and subcontractor price proposals.
