At Strategic Growth Partners, LLC, we have built a cross-functional team of seasoned professionals with real world experience as Federal business developers, program managers, procurement experts, and technical specialists across a broad range of Federal bid management disciplines, market sectors and agencies.

Ken Laszczych, Managing Director

Ken is a seasoned and highly successful business development and operations management professional with over 15 years of expertise in Federal markets and has a capture and proposal win rate exceeding 90%. He has in-depth knowledge and experience in Homeland Security, DoD, Federal Civilian, and Intelligence Community procurement practices including developing capture and proposal responses for large scale GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs, small business set asides, sole source, and single award bids. Ken is trained in Shipley Capture Management, Managing Winning Proposals, and Proposal Development as well as Federal Contract Management.

Prior to founding Strategic Growth Partners, LLC, Ken held various senior executive positions with iCORE Partners LLC, CALIBRE Systems, Inc., Ernst & Young LLP, and Freddie Mac. Ken is a graduate of the University of Maryland.

Walt Adams, Principal

Walt has extensive experience in business development and operations with 14 years experience working for Federal entities and government systems integrators. His responsibilities have included business development, capture management, proposal development, and solution delivery. His breadth of experience includes Department of Agriculture, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Navy, Marine Corps, Federal Emergency Management Agency, and Federal Communications Commission. Walt has capture and proposal experience with large scale GWACs, IDIQs, small business set asides, sole source, and single award bids.

Prior to joining Strategic Growth Partners, LLC, Walt held various senior executive positions with Communication Technologies, Inc., Ikimbo, Inc., Teligent, Inc., James Martin Strategy, Inc., and Freddie Mac. Walt is a graduate of the University of Florida.
